Customer Support Agent FR / EN
Description of the missions of the position of Customer Support Agent :
- Gain a good understanding and knowledge of the products, including the specific functions of poker, sportsbook, casino, live casino, bingo and games, as well as the platform used for each product.
- Assist customers with financial, functional and technical issues and questions until resolved.
- Keep up to date with promotions, contests and special offers offered to customers.
- Create and maintain standard responses to frequently asked questions and upcoming situations.
- Report urgent questions and issues such as downtime and multi-user issues to third parties, team leader and service manager.
- Follow the escalation process for requests requiring the intervention of another department.
- Assist the Risk & Fraud and Finance in fraud controls and processes.
- Sell client marketing campaigns through email, website or any other type of media.
- Work shifts or specific hours to manage the daily customer service workload.
Profile sought for the position of Customer Support Agent :
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience working in a team in a cooperative environment.
- Native level in written and spoken French.
- English proficiency.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, especially web applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Work Flexibility: This is a shift-based position, including weekends.
